Manasi Parekh confirmed that she was in a hotel in China with Sadhguru. She shared the information in an exclusive message to ETimes while the group awaited further instructions.She said, “Hi, we are in a hotel in China, with Sadhguru. We are awaiting orders from the Chinese government for further actions.” Her message came after concerns emerged over pilgrims affected by the flooding. It also clarified that the actress was safe at the time of the update. Sadhguru had earlier shared details about the situation involving one of his pilgrimage groups. According to his update, 77 members were at the immigration office in Gyirong when the flash flood struck the area. Rescue and relief measures were subsequently initiated.

The reported flash flood hit the Gyirong area as a group associated with Sadhguru’s organisation was returning from the Kailash Mansarovar pilgrimage. The sudden weather event affected the movement of several devotees travelling through the region.Reports suggested that hundreds of pilgrims were stranded across Tibet and Nepal. Nearly 500 devotees had reportedly returned safely, while more than 700 people remained affected by the disruption. The situation prompted efforts to locate and assist those whose movements had been interrupted. Manasi Parekh’s update offered some clarity about her own situation. She said she was staying at a hotel in China with Sadhguru while waiting for further directions from the Chinese authorities.
