A few weeks ago, the LeBron James Family Foundation’s education wing, the I PROMISE School collaborated with Nike for their fourth year in helping children to learn how to swim.In a heartfelt post, the I PROMISE School posted, “Watching our @ipromiseschool students grow in confidence never gets old. 💙 For the fourth straight summer, @nikeswim camp is helping our students learn a skill that can change lives. 🏊Throughout the week we saw first-time swimmers overcome their fears, returning swimmers step into leadership roles to help their peers, and our students discovered confidence they didn’t know they had. 🙌”The post added, “A special thank you to Nike, Firestone High School swim team, and @ussportscamps for opening their doors and creating new opportunities for our kids. Because of experiences like this, our students aren’t just learning how to swim, they’re learning to trust themselves, believe in themselves, and realize they’re capable of more than they imagined. 😊”
